About the Chicago Cubs

One of the original Charter Members of the National League, the Chicago Cubs were first known as the Chicago White Stockings.  This franchise is the only one to play in the same city since the inception of the National League in 1876.  The Cubs have won the World Series in 1907 and 1908 and last won the National League Division in 2003.

The 2014 Season marks the 142nd season for the franchise and the hope is to improve on the 66-96 record from 2013.
